Thanks for sharing! Question... do I have to use glycerine? I don’t have any. Is there a substitute or can I just leave it out? What does the glycerin do? Thanks.
The glycerin is a must unfortunately, you could try it without but it might not be as liquid to cast with and extra sticky but worth a try, just make a small batch and see so as not to waste too much ;)

Can i use wax paper instead of parchment paper?
Haven’t tried that myself, acetate works good with chocolate but not sure the wax layer on wax paper will but still worth a try;)

I have never used Patreon to make donations, but if the recipe ends up working for me, I will leave a donation because the alternative is to buy the brand-named mixes which are expensive and have varying levels of user results. In your videos, I notice that you are using hand gestures that suggest you were speaking to the viewer. I hear music and I do see on-screen instructions but wonder if there is spoken description available but I a not using UA-cam's functionality correctly? If not, I am still blown away by your video. Hi, there is no substitute for glycerine unfortunately. You can keep it out, your lace won’t be as pliable but it will still work ;)

It is just a fail safe. The lace will work without it but it is a bit better and more pliable with glycerine.
